Musicaliquida

Musicaliquida is a multi-sensorial  installation by Architect Rosa Vetrano. The event presents eco-sustainable works that use a huge amount of plastic collected and reshaped to create unique objects, made in an almost sculptural way to form luminous forms that draw inspiration from the sea abyss.

The installation is thought inside a dark environment, where an army of jellyfish floats in suspension. In the presence of movement, a device is activated that creates a gradual brightness as well as movement, the intensity of which is proportional to the number of people present.

A clear objective of ecological awareness is added to the desire to inspire an emotional experience in the visitor who interacts with the work. The striking effect is enlarged by the sound and smell of the sea that emanates from the environment.

The idea is to stimulate in the citizens responsible behaviour that, starting from the separate collection, facilitate the recycling of the waste to transform them into useful and unexpected products. It is in this perspective that it consolidates, on the one hand, the partnership between the study of architecture "Rosa glazier" and the Non-profit association "the Blue Dream Project", which will be destined part of the proceeds of the sale of the jellyfish lamps; On the other hand, it takes shape the involvement of COREPLA, the National Consortium for the collection, recycling and recovery of plastic packaging.
